The Annual RRBATA dinner is being held again at Glen Erin at Lancefield celebrating creativity proudly supported by Bendigo Bank.
Romsey Region Business and Tourism Association (RRBATA) is delighted to announce that international chef and now icecream entrepreneur Andrea (Dre) Reiss will be guest speaker at this event. After commencing her training in Melbourne, Dre has worked in London (The Green Room Mayfair and The Lanesborough St Regis Hotel) and Paris, having been head-hunted by the Michelin-starred Taillevant Restaurant. She returned to Australia and founded Chez Dre and Bibelot in South Melbourne. Her focus is now on icecream and (as a Macedon Ranges resident), has founded the Woodend Ice Cream Co. and Gisborne Ice Cream Co. (along with the Footscray Ice Cream Co.). Dre’s story is an amazing one which will inspire on many levels!
