RELAY FOR LIFE 10th ANNIVERSARY Lancefield Park
RELAY COUNT DOWN TO $1 million
Come and support the 700 walkers this weekend at Lancefield Park as they try to raise enough money to break the $1 million mark. This is the tenth year of Relay For Life at this venue.
All money raised by walkers and through donations goes straight to Cancer Council Victoria.
More than 30 teams including many newcomers will relay overnight in memory of lives lost to cancer and as a show of support to patients, carers and survivors.
They have registered for the 10th Lancefield/Macedon Ranges Relay For Life on March 3 & 4.
A huge weekend of entertainment and activities has been organised by the volunteer committee, and the whole community is invited to the official ceremonies at Lancefield Park on Saturday (3pm and 8pm) and Sunday (10am).
The event has so far raised almost $870,000 for the Cancer Council Victoria. It is not too late to register or make a donation.
