Authentic, community based farmers’ market. Proud to be plastic bag free & accredited with the Victorian Farmers’ Markets Association.
Established in March 2003, the Lancefield & District Farmers’ Market continues to provide a viable place for producers to trade their vegetables, fruit, honey, eggs, wines, cakes, breads, preserves, herbs, poultry, meats & other off farm produce. The market is managed by the Lancefield Neighbourhood House & is accredited with the Victorian Farmers’ Markets Association – www.vicfarmersmarkets.org.au
Shopping at this market is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint, by reducing food miles we save energy. Seedlings & herbs are sometimes available & we encourage people to grow their own as well. This year the Farmers’ Market celebarated its 14th birthday.
4th Saturday of the Month (3rd Sat in Dec) Park Street Lancefield, on the western side of Lancefield Primary School from 9am – 1pm.
